From the 1st of September, Envirobat España S.L. Is a member of the Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling.

The Spanish Federation of Recovery and Recycling (FER) is the main association of the waste recycling sector, and for more than 30 years it has defended the interests of waste management companies in the different economic, social and environmental fields.

At present it has more than two hundred and fifty members, and thanks to the regional, autonomous or metal associations and other types of waste that have wanted to be part of the Federation, it represents more than four hundred and thirty-five companies that manage waste Including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, waste electrical and electronic equipment, tires out of use or out of use vehicles, among others. And they account for 90% of the volume of the recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as 60% of the waste tire recyclers. Within FER are also 80% of the WEEE treaters and 100% of the metal shredder industry in Spain.

As employers in the recovery and recycling sector, FER has become an essential tool for companies in their dialogue with public and private administrations. In a complex and changing environment such as the present one, both nationally and internationally, it is crucial to have an organization, like FER, that groups the interests of the sector and defends them in a constant and effective way.
